Description du Poste

Empower Talents & Careers is searching for an HR Administration and Payroll Specialist for a factory based in Ivory Coast.

 

KEY ACTIVITIES

Under the guidance of the HR unit Manager, the HR Administration and payroll officer must provide administrative support throughout the recruitment and employment process, as well as leading on important functions like payroll.

 

  •         Process all new starters and leavers including production of employment contracts, induction packs, reference requests, company handbooks, leaver letters and holiday payments.
  •         Process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts.
  •         Create and maintain all employee personnel files updated.
  •         Ensure the management of all types of leave e.g. holiday, sick, maternity, volunteering, and schemes e.g. pension are completed effectively.
  •         Provide the HR service delivery: Leave of absence request, documentation queries…
  •         Ensuring all employees receive a contract of employment within the required timescales
  •         Ensuring that all employees are registered to the social security, health insurance (when applicable)
  •         Follow up the relationship with the SNIF (pension payment, maternity allowance payment…)
  •         Maintain the HR Database updated including overtime, sick absence reporting
  •         Support the HR team with all additional HR administration requirements.
  •         Ensuring the HR contracts and practices are compliant with the law
  •         Process (as required) weekly and monthly payroll
  •         Follow up with employee salary and payroll queries.
  •         Assist with reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
  •         Any other duties as required by job.

Profil du Poste

SKILLS

  •         Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  •         Proficient in SAP Payroll Software is a plus
  •         Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multi-task
  •         Meticulous and accurate
  •         Excellent attention to detail
  •         Good communicator and personable
  •         Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
  •         Process driven
  •         Team player
  •         French and English oral and written proficiency, required
  •         No travel restrictions
  •         Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
  •         Team spirit

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  •         Master’s degree in human resources management or a related field
  •         At least 5 years of solid professional experience (a previous experience in factory is a plus)
  •         Good level of English required

·        Proficiency in EXCEL required

  •         Factory experience required
